Compatibility Analysis

If you would like a Compatibility Analysis, please complete the form below. I will need the birth information for both people in the relationship. I will also need confirmation that both people involved are aware of and consent to this reading. The one exception is a parent/child reading if the child is under the age of 7. If you have any specific issues or concerns in your relationship, I encourage you to include them on the form. Once I have received payment and the completed form, you can expect to receive your report in about 10 to 14 days by email. If you would like me to send the report to both of you, please include both of your emails on the form.
